Valsad: A motorist was critically injured after a careless state transport bus driver rammed into him in Gujarat’s Valsad on Thursday. The shocking incident was captured on a CCTV camera. The CCTV footage of the incident has gone viral on social media.The incident reportedly occurred near the intersection of Dharampur village.
The now viral video, shows a speeding ST bus ramming into a bike rider.The intensity of the collision was so much that the biker was thrown on the road and got stuck under a pickup jeep. Luckily, the pickup jeep stopped on time averting a major mishap.
Condition Of Biker Critical
The severely injured bike rider was rushed to a nearby hospital. He suffered severe injuries on his head and several parts of the body.
Police Action
The Police have taken the CCTV footage into their possession and the matter is under investigation.
Preliminary investigation reveals, the negligence of the bus driver seems to be the main reason of this accident. A case has been registered against the bus driver and he is being tracked.
