Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the result of SSC Junior Engineer (JE) Tier 2 exam. Candidates appearing in the examination can check their result by visiting the official website ssc.gov.in. Candidates have to provide their roll number to see the results.
Exam Details:
- Tier 1 exam: 5, 6, and 7 June 2024
- Tier 2 exam: 6 November 2024
- Tier 1 results continue: 20 August 2024
The SSC JE exam was conducted in various ministries of the Government of India for the appointment of Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical). More than 950 vacancies will be filled this year.
SSC JE 2024 Tier 2 result checking process:
- First go to ssc.gov.in.
- Click on the “Result” tab on the home page.
- Click on the link “SSC JE Result 2024”.
- The PDF file of SSC JE Tier 2 Result 2024 will open on your screen.
- Press (Ctrl+F) to check your name and roll number in PDF file.
- Download the result PDF file.
- Print out your results for the future.
Success information:
SSC has declared a total of 1701 candidates successful in Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Examination, 2024. Successful candidates will have to participate in the document verification process. The results of 7 candidates have been stopped due to various court orders.
Minimum qualifying Marx:
- General category:
- Paper-i: 60 (30%)
- Paper-II: 90
- OBC/EWS:
- Paper-I: 50 (25%)
- Paper-II: 75
- All other categories:
- Paper-i: 40 (20%)
- Paper-II: 60
The Commission has informed that the final answer and shortlisted/not shortlisted candidates will soon be available on the Commission’s website.
