Ingredients for Sprouts Paneer Tikki

  • 1 cup sprouts
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 5-6 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • salt as per taste
  • Oil (for frying)

How to make Tikki

  1. Put the boiled sprouts in a vessel.
  2. Add finely chopped green chillies, garlic and onion to it and mix everything well.
  3. Now grind this mixture coarsely.
  4. Take out the ground mixture in a vessel and add grated cheese to it.
  5. Add all the spices and mix well.
  6. If the mixture becomes wet then add some roasted gram flour to it.
  7. Now take a little part of this mixture and make tikkis.
  8. Heat a pan, apply some oil in it and fry the tikkis one by one.
  9. When the tikkis become golden and crispy, remove them.
