The 47th Gujarat State Para Athletics Championship was organized at Nikol, Ahmedabad. In which more than 400 disabled athletes from all over Gujarat and different states of the country participated in the competition.
These players have already made excellent contributions in sports like national, international and Asian Para Athletics Games. Who were honored in this program. Apart from this, more than 45 Paralympic athletes have been selected for the National Games and are practicing at the Gujarat State Para Athletics Association. The 47th Gujarat State Para Athletics Championship included events like shot put, javelin throw, wheel throw, 100 and 200 meter races, long jump, high jump and club throw.
