Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): To cater to the demand and convenience of travelers heading to the Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj, two special trains will operate between Vishwamitri and Ballia.
Tickets for the 09139 train will be available for booking starting February 6 through all railway reservation centers and the IRCTC website.
The 09139/09140 Vishwamitri-Ballia-Vishwamitri Mahakumbh Mela Special will run one trip in each direction.
Train departure
The 09139 Vishwamitri-Ballia Mahakumbh Special will depart from Vishwamitri on February 22 at 8:35 AM, stopping at Dahod, Ratlam, Nagda, Ujjain, and Shujalpur before reaching Ballia at 8:30 PM the next day.
The 09140 Ballia-Vishwamitri Mahakumbh Special will leave Ballia on February 23 at 11:30 PM, with stops at Shujalpur, Ujjain, Nagda, Ratlam, Dahod, and others, reaching Vishwamitri at 10:05 AM on February 26.
Train will stop here
The train will stop at stations including Vadodara, Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Nagda, Ujjain, Shujalpur, Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Vidisha, Ganj Basoda, Bina, Lalitpur, Jhansi, Orai, Govindpuri, Fatehpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Chunar, Varanasi, Jaunpur, Aundihar, and Ghazipur City.
The train will have First AC, Second AC, Third AC, Sleeper, and General class coaches. Booking for the 09139 train will begin on February 6 through all railway reservation centers and the IRCTC website.
Meanwhile, due to the additional trains running for the Mahakumbh Mela, the Vadodara-Dahod-Vadodara MEMU train (69233/69234) will remain canceled from February 6 to February 28.
