Sonipat, 8 July (Hindustan Times). District and Sessions Judge Pramod Goyal, Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, said that on Saturday, a Lok Adalat was org.zed in the District Court premises for cases related to land acquisition. In which 18 out of 26 cases related to land acquisition were settled.
He informed that during the Lok Adalat, the settlement amount of Rs.3 crore 80 lakh 34 thousand 863 in 18 cases has been settled with mutual consent by the bench of Additional District and Sessions Judge Hemant Yadav. The public was benefited through this Lok Adalat and cases related to land acquisition cases pending in the court for many years were settled.
