Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha made her Bollywood debut in 2010 with superhit film ‘Dabangg’. In this film, she appeared with Salman Khan, and made a tremendous identity with her first film. Sonakshi remains in the headlines not only her professional life, but also for her personal life.
Last year she married actor Zaheer Iqbal, after which she has been in constant news. Now Sonakshi has spoken openly on the struggle about her fitness journey and body image.

In an interview to Hotterfly recently, Sonakshi shared her experiences about her body image and fitness. She was asked whether she ever feels Connight about wearing swimwear? On this he said:
“Always happens, especially from childhood to growing up. I do not swim in India, because I do not know who comes from where I come from and click my photo and then it will become viral on the internet. ”
She further explained that whenever she goes abroad, she openly swims and fiercely dives in water.
When she was 18 years old, the first time went to the gym
Talking on her fitness journey, Sonakshi said that it is very important to avoid mental stress on fitness. He said while remembering,
“When I was 18 years old and studying in college, I started going to the gym for the first time. I tried to run on the treadmill, but I was completely tired only after running 30 seconds. Then I realized that I could not give myself so much pressure at such a young age. ”
He said that his fitness journey started from here.
Sonakshi also told in this conversation that now she accepts herself more and believes in body positivity. His fitness journey was not only limited to weight loss, but it was also a journey to his confidence and adoption of himself.
