Baghpat, 18 November (H.C.). In Luhari village of Badot Kotwali area, a young man cut his father with a shovel and killed him. After the murder, the accused reached the police station and surrendered. The police have arrested the accused and started legal action and a post -mortem of the deceased has been done.
Krishnapal, a resident of Luhari village, was working on his farm on Monday morning. His son reached the farm and started disputing about property. The controversy increased so much that the son cut the father with a shovel and killed him. After the murder, the accused Badout reached Kotwali and informed about the murder. Police arrested the accused and recovered the body from the scene and sent the body for postmortem. Badout Kotwal Manoj Chahal said that the name of the accused is Harendra. Rupendra, the second son of the deceased Krishnapal, has filed a complaint against Harendra in Kotwali, after which the case has been registered. Further legal action continues against the accused.
