  • 1 kg flour

Method

First of all, you have to put all purpose flour, semolina, salt and kasoori fenugreek in a vessel and mix it well. Now pour ghee on top and mix well again. After this you have to knead a little in the flour Knead it hard by adding water. After this, make small balls of the dough and roll them lightly. After this, heat oil in a pan and fry them till they turn golden. Then enjoy it with tea.
