Saif Ali Khan suffered serious injuries in the attack on him on Wednesday night. Presently he is admitted in Lilavati Hospital, where two surgeries have been successfully performed. Saba shared a childhood picture with her brother on social media and wrote, “I am shocked thinking about this incident, but at the same time I am proud of Bhaijaan. He has stood by taking care of the family and Abba would also be proud of him. Get well soon. I am missing you. Coming to meet you soon, and my thoughts and prayers are with you.”
Attack information:
Police have registered a case of attempted murder or causing grievous hurt as well as armed robbery in the attack on Saif. According to reports, after attacking Saif, the attacker ran out of the stairs. Police have also released the photograph of the attacker, which was captured in CCTV footage.
Saif’s house help also got hurt:
Saif’s house help, who was the first to see the attacker enter the house, also sustained injuries in her hand. When he raised an alarm, Saif came there and in the scuffle the attacker attacked Saif six times.
Statement of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis:
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said in this matter that the police has given him all the information and told what was the motive of the attacker. He said that Mumbai is a safe city, but some accidents have happened which should be looked at seriously as they are affecting the image of Mumbai.
