MP Murder Mystery Solved: Singrauli Murder Case Sees 6 In Police Net | Representative Image

Bhopal/Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh): The Singrauli police have solved the murder case of four persons whose bodies were recoevered from a septic tank of a hosue in Badokar village under Bargawan police station limit and have arrested six into the case, police said on Monday. The bodies were found in a highly decomposed state on Saturday.

Singrauli SP Manish Khatri said bodies of Suresh Prajapati, Karan Sahu, Joginder Mahto and Rakesh Kumar Singh were found. According to SP, main accused Raja Rawat had enmity with Joginder Mahto but was friend of Suresh, a notorious criminal of the area against whom six cases are registered.

Raja was constructing a house, which was stopped by Joginder and since then Raja had ill feeling for him. On January 3, four decided to organise a party at the house of Suresh. Raja came forward and helped them to arrange the party. He brought the liquor from the shop and Rakesh accompanied him.

Both were caught in CCTV, which helped police to crack the case. When the four were heavily drunk and had lost sense, Raja with five others brought country made gun and started shooting one by one.

“First they shot dead Suresh, then Karan and then Rakesh. Karan and Rakesh died on the spot. The gun shot had hit head of Rakesh. Then, they brutally attacked Jogindar and strangled him to death. Finally, they killed Suresh. The six accused then wiped out blood strains and dumped the bodies in the sceptic tank along with the items. They picked up empty shells from the spot and fled.”

The police have arrested six accused with the two country made guns and four live cartridges.
