Mumbai: Shraddha Kapoor and Shakti Kapoor have bought a flat in Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai for Rs 6.24 crore. This flat is of 1042.73 square feet. Shraddha has paid a price of Rs 59,875 per square feet.
Maha Lakshmi Racecourse and the sea can also be seen from this flat of Shraddha Kapoor. There are two galleries in this flat. The registration of this flat was done on 13 January.
Only last year, Shraddha had taken a flat in a high-end residential tower in Juhu for Rs 6 lakh per month. The actress had paid Rs 72 lakh in advance for a one-year lease.
However, it is believed that Mahalakshmi’s flat was taken by Shraddha for investment purposes. Most of the stars in Mumbai live in suburbs like Juhu, Bandra, Oshiwara, Khar.
Only Ranveer and Deepika live in Prabhadevi. However, they too are going to shift to Bandra soon.
