In a shocking incident from Bengaluru’s Jayanagar, two bike-borne men snatched a dog from its female owner when she was walking with the pet on the street. CCTV visuals showed the masked miscreants grabbing the dog’s leash and pulling it during their ride. They dragged the animal with its leash for a brief distance.
According to reports, the incident took place on February 12, when a resident named Madura was walking her dog ‘Richie’. Suddenly, two helmet-clad bikers passing through her side snatched the leash and sped. In the video, the woman was seen running behind to catch them, but she couldn’t.

The CCTV video which opened showing a deserted street, witnessed a chilling incident. Seconds into the clip, a bike passed through the road and snatched a dog’s leash from its pet owner. The entire case, including the two bikers’ escape, was recorded on camera.
FIR filed
Madhura rushed to the nearby police station for help. She reportedly registered an FIR at the Tilaknagar police station, while noting that the dog is valued at Rs. 10,000. A police investigation is underway.
