He said that Air India’s services were expected to improve after the acquisition of Tata Group, but it proved to be confusion.

  • He said that during his visit from Bhopal to Delhi, he was allotted seat number 8C in Air India flight AI436.

Air India staff replied

  • When Shivraj asked the aircraft workers about the bad seat, he was told that it had already been recommended to remove this seat from the ticket system.

  • Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that some passengers in the flight requested to give their good seats, but they traveled on their broken seat to not give inconvenience to another passenger.

Shivraj Singh Chauhan accused Air India management of cheating passengers and said:

“I felt that Air India’s services would have improved after the acquisition of Tata management, but it turned out to be my illusion. Is it not cheated to give them a bad and uncomfortable seat after recovering all the money from passengers? ”

He raised the question whether Air India management will solve this problem or will continue to take advantage of the compulsion of the passengers.
