On Monday, the first day of the week, a bullish trend is being seen in the stock market. The week started with tremendous momentum. In which after the spectacular victory of Mahayut in the Maharashtra Assembly election results on Saturday, both Sensex and Nifty opened on the green mark, on Monday, the first day of the week, the local stock market saw a rise and managed to make a great start. At 9.30, the Sensex opened 1,317 points higher at 80,434. While Nifty opened at 24,328 points with a jump of 421 points.
Great rise in Bank Nifty
Both Bank Nifty and Nifty are trading in the green and almost all sectors including Bank, IT are up. Trading started with strong momentum in the market in the pre-open itself. Bank Nifty started trading today with a strong rise and was seen up by 1027.55 points or 2.01 percent at the level of 52,162. All 12 banks are trading with Nifty stock PNB up by 4 per cent.
