Mumbai: Not every nepokid has found blinding success in Bollywood. Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter and Janhvi and Sonam’s cousin Shanaya Kapoor has been trying to make her Bollywood debut for quite some time now. But, when none of his efforts were successful, he finally turned to the South.
Like many other starkids, Karan Johar had promised to launch Shanaya as well. Karan had announced to make a film named ‘Bedhadak’ with him and Lakshya Lalw.. However, no one knows what is the current status of this film. Apart from this, Shanaya also got a film named ‘Screw Dheela’ with Tiger Shroff. But, unfortunately that film has also been shelved now.
Shanaya, who is waiting for a good project in Bollywood, has finally shifted to South. She is going to share the screen with Mohanlal in South film ‘Vrishabh’.
Ekta Kapoor is also the co-producer of this film and there are plans to release this film in Hindi as well as in South languages. Significantly, despite being the brother of a producer like Boney Kapoor and an actor like .l Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor also never got the expected success in Bollywood.
