Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat is being renewed in Bandstand in Bandra, Mumbai. As a result, the actor is set to shift to Palihill area of Mumbai with his wife Gauri, daughter Suhana and sons Aryan and Abram. A few days ago there were reports that Shah Rukh had rented two duplexes from Jackie Bhagnani for three years. Shahrukh has to pay a total of nine crore rupees in three years. It has now been revealed that Shah Rukh will remain in the same fare duplex during the renovation of Mannat. Some time ago there were reports that Shah Rukh had sought permission from other officials including CRZ for the construction of two more floors in Mannat.
Shah Rukh’s vow bungalow is considered a prestigious address in Mumbai. This bungalow, located just in front of the sea in Bandra, is also a tourist destination. The current price of this bungalow has been estimated at around Rs 200 crore.
