New Delhi, 07 July (Hindustan Times). Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has condoled the demise of painter Namboothiri.
Shah tweeted on Friday that he was deeply saddened by the demise of KM Vasudevan Namboothiri. His paintings and sculptures have breathed life into our history and revived our connection with it. Shah said that he expresses his condolences to his bereaved family and followers.
It is noteworthy that famous painter Namboothiri passed away late on Thursday night. He was 98 years old. Namboothiri has done illustrations for many popular characters for literary publications in South India.
