Sensation in Amravati: Worker threatens bomb blasts in 4 places in the country from Pakistan

Sensation in Amravati: A tailor working in a readymade textile manufacturing company at Nandgaonpeth MIDC in Amravati is shocked by a direct threatening call from Pakistan. Investigation revealed that the caller had threatened to bomb three to four places in the country.

According to police sources, employee Prashant Panchanan Thakur was working as a tailor in Verito Garments at Nandgaonpeth for the last two months. This employee is originally a resident of the state of Orissa and lives in the company premises.

He was on duty on Saturday (10th) at around 10 am, when he received some WhatsApp calls. The person calling on mobile phones was speaking in Hindi and telling himself to the Pakistani Army. Speaking during this time, he threatened to bomb three to four places in Delhi. The frightened employee spoke to his other colleagues from the phone from Pakistan.

Realizing the seriousness of the case, he called the number 112 in the morning and informed about the incident. After the city police conducted a preliminary investigation at the first Nandgaonpeth police station, he was also questioned by other intelligence department officials.

Three missed calls in ten minutes

Prashant Thakur has said in his complaint that after an initial conversation with the worker on WhatsApp, the same person made three more missed calls on the same number within ten minutes.

Investigation started by detective service

In view of the seriousness of the incident, instructions have been issued to the concerned agencies of the Intelligence Bureau, including the IB. Therefore, the Secret Service has also started investigating the matter. After the incident, orders have been issued to the police to remain alert and cancel the leaves of employees and officers who went on long leave and return to duty. Police Commissioner Naveen Chandra Reddy said that all the holidays have been canceled.

If a person gets such a threatening call, then he should not panic and the police should inform it. So that an attempt can be made to expose the truth by examining it.
