Action:
- To make bitter gourd chutney, first wash the bitter gourd. Then remove the seeds from inside and finely chop the bail.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts in it. Then add all the ingredients like chickpeas, white urad dal, coriander, cumin, curry leaves, dry red chillies, tamarind etc. in the same pan.
