Rajsamand (Hustle) Kanhaiyalal father Narayanlal caste Kumawat, age 43, resident of Agaria of the subdivision area, while giving his signed application letter to the subdivision officer Nisha Saharan, pleaded that in order to forcefully make way inside my marble cutter, the marble kept inside the cutter’s godown was allowed to be broken. But provide justice by taking appropriate action.
The applicant told in the report that one of my marble cutters is operating in the name of M/s Mahesh Marble in Village Agria, Tehsil Amet, District Rajsamand. Inside my marble cutter, Prabhulal father Ganesh Kumawat, Mukesh father Bhanwarlal Kumawat, Mahendra father Bhanwarlal Kumawat, Kushal father Prabhulal Kumawat residents of Agariya tehsil Amet district Rajsamand, forming a gang, entered my marble cutter’s godown unauthorizedly and trying to forcefully force their way out. On which my marble was lying, everyone together started breaking it, then the applicant and my brother Ramlal father Narayanlal, Suresh father Ramlal, Mahendra father Ramlal Kamlesh father Kanheyalal refused to break the marble, then they started fighting with us too. But they have become angry and threatened to leave from here, otherwise they will kill you. The accused have caused a loss of about two lakh rupees to the applicant by forcibly breaking the marble inside my cutter. I have videos of the acts done by the accused.
Same police station Amet should be directed to register a case against the accused and arrest them immediately and give them the strictest punishment for their act. Taking cognizance of the report, Sub-Divisional Officer Nisha Saharan sent the name of Amet police station officer and directed to take appropriate action after investigation.
