Russia-Ukraine War: Missile Attack on Krevi Rih, 14 people including six children killed

At least 14 people were killed in the Russian missile attack on Friday in the middle city of Krevi Rih in Ukraine, including six children. More than 50 people have been injured in this attack. Serhi Lisak, head of the Dnipropatrovsk region, described the attack as a war against common citizens.

Limited residential area targeted

The attack took place when the US and European countries are increasing pressure on Russia for a ceasefire. Ukrainian President Volodimir Jailonsky gave information about the attack through Telegram. He said that the attack was carried out on a general residential area where common people live. At least five buildings in the attack have been badly damaged and relief work is still going on.

Jailonsky accused Russia

President Jailonsky made serious allegations against Russia and said that the intention of not ending Russia’s war is the reason for these attacks. He said that every missile and every drone attack is proof that Russia wants war. He appealed to the US, Europe and other international colleagues to increase the pressure on Moscow and help strengthen Ukraine’s aerial security. Jailonsky also said that the world has the ability to force Russia to stop violence.

Drone attack in Kharkiv, five killed

The missile attack took place at a time when a day earlier there was a drone attack on Ukraine’s second largest city Kharkiv. The attack caught fire and five civilians lost their lives. Emergency teams arrived on the spot and were seen taking out the bodies from the building surrounded by flames.
