Roads will change in Sitapur! 43 km of forelane gift, it will be easy to go to Naimisharanya, farmers will get ₹ 80 crore compensation

Sitapur (Uttar Pradesh): Road infrastructure in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh is going to get a big boost. Work on an ambitious plan to convert a total of 43 km long road into a fourlane in the district is moving fast. The main objective of this important project is not only to provide better and safe road facilities to the local residents and passengers, but also to connect the famous religious place Naimisharanya with the best connectivity, so that it can be easier to the devotees and tourists visiting here.

Detailed estimate sent to Chief Minister’s Office

The Public Works Department (PWD) has prepared a detailed estimate for the construction of this forelane road and sent it to the Chief Minister’s Office for approval. This report includes complete accounting of the construction of the road, acquisition of land required for it, and other essential structures constructed on the roadside (such as culvert, drain etc.). It is being told that keeping in mind some of the instructions given earlier by the Chief Minister, this revised estimate has been sent again, so that the project can get the green signal as soon as possible.

Farmers will get proper compensation for land acquisition

About 14 meters wide additional land will be required for the construction of this proposed forelane road. This land will be mainly of local farmers. The government has planned to give compensation of Rs 80 crore to them to complete this land acquisition process and take care of the interests of farmers. As soon as the project gets approval from the Chief Minister’s Office, the process of land acquisition will be carried forward rapidly.

Beautiful dividers and greenery will also be taken care of

According to the plan, the road from Sidhauli to Maa Lalita Devi temple will be widened up to 20 meters. Its special thing will be that a two meter wide divider will also be made in it. Beautiful plants of different species will be planted in this divider. This will not only add beauty to the beauty of the path, but greenery will also be preserved and the environment will also benefit. This step is a commendable effort towards making the road beautiful as well as environmental protection.

Fourlane road will be illuminated with solar energy

A plan to install solar lights is also being considered on the proposed Fourlane road to ensure adequate lights at night. This will not only save energy, but will also be safe on the road at night. This step is also an important part of the government’s policy of promoting renewable energy, which prefer environmentally friendly development.

Tourism department will also play an active role

The tourism department is also actively playing its role in this ambitious road project. The department has planned to create waiting halls and develop other necessary facilities for the convenience of roadside passengers and tourists. This will give tourists a better and comfortable experience to tourists reaching an important religious place like Naimisharanya, and tourism in the area will also be boosted.

Where will this forelane road be built?

According to media reports, this 43 km long forelane road will be built in two parts:

  1. From Sidhauli to Kalli Square (about 30 km)

  2. Kalli Square to Naimisharanya (about 13 km)

Due to the formation of this road, people are expected to get relief to a great extent from the problem of traffic jam, and the time of travel will also be reduced. This project can prove to be a milestone in the development of Sitapur district.
