Dehradun : Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant, who is undergoing treatment at Max Hospital in Dehradun. After the meeting, Dhami said that due to a pothole on the road on Friday, the balance of Pant’s car deteriorated and this accident happened. Pant’s car was burnt to ashes in this accident. Rishabh Pant was also pulled out of the car by the local people and a bus staff. Pant is injured, he also had head surgery on Saturday.
Chief Minister Dhami inquired about the health of Rishabh Pant on Sunday. Dhami later said that the accident happened due to a pothole on the road. He put an end to speculations that Pant’s over speeding or sleeping propensity was the cause of the accident.
At present, Rishabh Pant is being treated at Max Hospital in Dehradun. He was engulfed in flames in the accident and suffered head, back and leg injuries in the fall. A cut mark on the head is also visible in all the pictures that came out after the accident. He had surgery on Saturday. There is stiffness in the knee and swelling in the heel due to which MRI could not be done.
Rishabh Pant is currently kept in the ICU. Thankfully, the MRI report of his brain and spine came back normal. On Saturday, the Health Minister of the area Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat went to the hospital and inquired about Pant’s condition from the doctors. She is also talking to Rishabh Pant’s mother Saroj Pant. It is learned that for the time being his treatment will be done in Dehradun only.
