Recently, an important research was discussed at the annual science conference of the American College of Cardiology, which was attended by 1,75,000 adults from Canada. Launched in 2009 by Ontario Health Study, it was found that despite the same lifestyle, women are recorded 2.5% more heart disease and heart attacks than men.
The study stated that if women smoke, take unbalanced diets, do not complete sleep and are stressed, then the possibility of heart disease increases by five times. According to the researcher Dr. Pamela Andrews, the structure of the body of women is different from men, causing poor lifestyle to have more and rapidly negative effects on them. In the last two decades, women have seen an increase of 43% in cases of heart disease. Experts suggest that women should maintain their lifestyle balance and stay away from stress so that they can avoid cardiovascular problems.
‘Echesion’ squad for the safety of women
To ensure the safety of women in Delhi, Delhi Police has prepared a special police squad called ‘courtesy’. This team will ensure safety of women during public places and traffic.
Under this initiative:

Two special squads will be deployed in each district of Delhi.

Each squad will be led by ACP of Crime Against Woman Sale.

Each squad will consist of an inspector, an sub-inspector, 8 constables (which will include 4 women policemen) and one head constable.

Policemen deployed in plain clothes will monitor public transport and congested areas.

The victim women will be motivated to file a complaint.
This initiative can prove to be an important step towards giving women a safe environment and increasing monitoring on criminals.
Distance from sweet, freedom from obesity
