The bathroom is the most important part of the house. We use the bathroom every day, but have you ever thought that it is also related to our health? Indeed, there is moisture in the bathroom, making it an ideal place to flourish bacteria. In such a situation, it is important that the goods kept in the bathroom should be replaced with time, otherwise they become dangerous for health. Famous gastroenterologist Dr. Saurabh Sethi has shared a health -related post on his social media account, in which he has mentioned one thing kept in the bathroom, which is better to throw. According to him, this substance is very poisonous and can affect health.

Throw old toothbrush
According to Dr. Saurabh Sethi, if you have placed an old toothbrush in the bathroom, then throw it down immediately. The doctor says that several studies have shown that more than 75 percent of people use their toothbrushes even after three months, which is not correct. In fact, after three months, the ability to clean the toothpaste decreases by 30 percent and bacteria start to flourish in it. Therefore, if you have a three -month -old toothbrush in your bathroom, throw it away.

Do not use old razor blades
According to Dr. Sethi, you should not use the old razor blade. Using chronic shaving blades increases the risk of skin irritation by 10 times. In such a situation, use the razor blade five to seven times and then throw it away. Using long -term chronic razor blades increases the risk of skin damage and infection.

Remove your antimicrobial mouthwash.
If your doctor advises you to use antimicrobial mouthwash, stop using it immediately. The doctor says that several studies have shown that antimicrobial mouthwash also kills beneficial bacteria in our mouth. It can also spoil the balance of your intestine microbiom. Using such a mouthwash for a long time increases the risk of dry mouth, tooth decay and smell of breath.
