  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • ½ red onion, thin chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 4 cups puffed cheese, pieces
  • A handful of black olives
  • Olive oil, lemon juice, parsley

Instructions to prepare:

  1. Mix all the vegetables of your choice in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice to olive oil.
  3. Add parsley and salt and mix well.
