Mumbai: The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has officially released the schedule for the integrated Bachelor of Education and Master of Education (B.Ed-M.Ed) Common Entrance Test (CET) for admissions in the upcoming academic year.
The three-year integrated programme is designed for aspiring educators and scholars seeking to combine advanced studies in both B.Ed and M.Ed disciplines.
According to the official notification released on Tuesday, the registration process commenced on Monday and will conclude on February 6.
A senior official from the CET Cell said, “The application window will remain open for a full month to ensure that all eligible candidates have sufficient time to complete their registration. Students are urged not to delay their applications until the last moment, as unforeseen technical issues could hinder the process.”
The entrance test is scheduled to be held tentatively on March 28 at designated examination centres across Maharashtra.
The CET Cell aims to ensure the seamless conduct of the examination, which serves as a gateway for students aspiring to enrol in the integrated programme for the academic year 2025-26.
The official further explained that the detailed information brochure has been made available on the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell.
“The brochure contains all necessary details, including eligibility criteria, syllabus, examination structure, and step-by-step instructions for completing the online application. This ensures transparency and ease of access for all stakeholders,” the official noted.
The CET Cell further urged the candidates to visit its official website for regular updates and has assured comprehensive support throughout the application process.
