KVS Admission 2025: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is scheduled to start the KVS Admission 2025 offline admissions for all grades between classes 2 to 10 and 12, and Balvatika class 2 today, April 2, 2025. The deadline to fill out the application form will be April 11, 2025. Parents, guardians and students who want to apply for these classes can check the details at kvsangathan.nic.in.

If a parent or guardian wants to enrol their child in a Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), they must physically submit the application forms to the school between 10 am and 4 pm.

The initial provisional list for admission to Balvatika 2 and Class 2 onwards will be announced on April 17, 2025. Admission to these classes will open on April 18, 2025, and close on April 21, 2025. The deadline for admission to all classes, except Class 11, will be June 30, 2025.

Meanwhile, the online Balvatika-1, Balvatika-3, and Class 1 registration were done successfully in March 2025. The KVS Class 1 lottery draw took place on March 27, and the first provisional admission list was released for Balvatika-1 and Balvatika-3. Candidates can log in to the official website: balvatika.kvs.gov.in and check their KVS admission allotment status. The second provisional list for Balvatika-1 and Balvatika-3 will be released today, April 2.

If the required number of applications is not received by online registration for Balvatika-1, Balvatika-3, and Class 1 under SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories, a second notice for offline registration will be released on April 7. Offline registration for these categories will be available from April 8 to April 14. The last admission list will be shown between April 23 and April 28.

Admissions for KVS Class 11 will open within ten days of the announcement of the CBSE Class 10 results. KV students will be prioritised, and the admission list will be released within 20 days of the results. Non-KV students can apply only if there are vacancies left after all KV students are accommodated. The last date for Class 11 admissions will be 30 days from the announcement of the CBSE Class 10 results.
