The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has issued a recruitment notification for the posts of Engineering Executive Trainee (EET). Under this, a total of 475 posts will be appointed. Interested candidates can apply on the official website of NTPC www.ntpc.co.in till 13 February 2025. This recruitment will be done through GATE score 2024. Number of Vacancies: A total of 475 posts will be appointed, of which:
- Electrical Engineer: 135 posts
- Mechanical Engineer: 180 posts
- Electronics Engineer: 85 posts
- Civil Engineer: 50 posts
- Mining Engineer: 25 posts

Age limit:
- Maximum age limit: 27 years
- SC/ST/OBC/PWBD/Ex -servicemen candidates will be given age relaxation as per government rules.
Selection Process:
- It is mandatory for eligible candidates to participate in the Gate 2024 examination and it is necessary to pass it.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for document verification based on the performance of Gate 2024 and the requirement of the organization.

- General, OBC, EWS candidates: Rs 300
- For SC, ST, PWBD and women candidates: no fee
