• Red chili powder one and a half teaspoon
  • Ground mustard six tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder three spoons
  • Asafoetida six pinches
  • 6 liters of water
  • Black salt (one and a half teaspoon)
  • – Salt

Create it in this way:

First of all, mix all the things including turmeric, red chili, ground mustard, asafoetida, black salt and salt in water in a vessel.

Now add 2 liters of water and vadas in it.

Now keep the vessel in a warm place for two days.

In this way your Kanji Vadas are made.

Now you taste it.
