- Soaked Peanuts – 2 cups
- Coconut – 5 tbsp
- curry leaves – twenty
- Dry red chili – 4
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Rai – one spoon
- Urad Dal – two spoons
- Oil – two tablespoons
- salt – as per taste
This is the easy method to make Peanut Sundal:
First of all, put the soaked peanuts in the cooker and cook them by adding water and salt.
Now heat oil in a pan and add small mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves and fry them.
After this, add dry red chillies, asafoetida, salt and peanuts and fry for two minutes.
Now add grated fresh coconut on top.
In this way your delicious dish is prepared.
