necessary ingredients:
- leftover spice of mango pickle
- Green chili – three
- Flour – 6 cups
- Coriander powder – three spoons
- Salt – three spoons
- Ghee
- Boiled potatoes – six
- Garam masala – three spoons
- coriander leaves
Here is the easy method of making pickle paratha:
First knead the dough.
Now add mashed potatoes as well as green chilies, coriander leaves, coriander powder and garam masala.
Now roll the dough ball like a parantha and apply pickle masala on it.
Now bake it by applying ghee on the griddle.
In this way your pickle becomes paratha.
