necessary ingredients:
- Soaked yellow moong dal – 3 cups
- Desi ghee – three cups
- Milk – 9 cups
- Pistachios – 3 tbsp Raisins – 3
- big spoon
- Sugar – 6 cups
- Cardamom powder – three teaspoons
- Saffron
- Mawa – three cups
- Almonds – three tablespoons
- Cashew – 3 tbsp
Make moong dal halwa with this method:
First of all, grind the moong dal well in a mixie grinder.
Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the moong dal till it turns golden brown.
Now add milk to it and fry till it thickens.
After this add mawa, saffron, almonds, pistachios, raisins, cardamom powder and sugar.
Now add pistachios and almonds to it.
In this way your delicious halwa is ready.
