Readers Who Stay In Company Of Books Always Achieve High Position: Krishna Kumar Goyal

Under the initiative “Vachan Sankalp Maharashtracha,” a “Library Cleaning Campaign” was implemented on Monday, December 30, by the President of Khadki Shikshan Sanstha, Krishna Kumar Goyal. First, the image of the father of library science, Dr SR Ranganathan, was worshipped. In these programs, alumni, professors, and non-teaching staff of the college cleaned and surveyed 34,000 books in the library as well as 27 periodicals and libraries.

Goyal, expressed his views while interacting with the readers. He stated, “Readers who stay in the company of books always achieve a high position.” He also mentioned that many programs will be organized in the fortnight from January 1, 2025, to January 15, 2025. On this occasion, the Secretary of Khadki Shikshan Sanstha, Anandi Chhajed, Ramesh Awasthe, Rajendra Bhutada, Principal Dr Sanjay Chakne, Dr Gajanan Aher, faculty, and non-teaching staff were present in large numbers.

The program was moderated by Librarian Anand Naik, and the vote of thanks was given by Dr Shailendra Kale.
