Now in such a situation, people associated with the Tata group can take help of a fair person to become a trustee of RTEF. According to an Economic Times report, retired Chief Justice of the Supreme Court can be made mediated in this case. This will determine who has the right to choose a trustee. People who fulfill Tata’s will, Tata family or Tata Trust members?

Ratan Tata’s total assets

Ratan Tata established RTEF and Ratan Tata Endowment Trust Organizations for social work in the year 2022. Which was being run with their money. Ratan Tata had a 0.83% stake in RTEF in the holding company Tata Sons of the country’s largest trading house Tata Group. According to the Hurun Rich List, Ratan Tata had personal assets of Rs 7900 crore. But his total assets were more than Rs 15,000 crore due to their stake in their companies. Ratan Tata spent his earnings on social service. In such a situation, it is believed that most of his assets will be managed by RTEF. While the remaining assets will be taken care of by the trust. All his vehicles including their luxury car will also be auctioned and the amount received will be donated to RTEF. Ratan Tata has R.R. Shastri and Burjis Taraporwala were made the holding trustee of RTEF. But there is no information about who will become the trustee of RTEF. Ratan Tata had named Darius Khambata, Mehli Mistry, Shirin and Diana Jajibhay as executors in their will. According to sources, the pillar is a senior advocate and also the executor of Ratan Tata’s will.

According to experts, the Economic Times reported that if there is no specific instructions about the management of the property usually, then it is the responsibility of the executives to work as per the will of the deceased.
