The holy month of Ramadan has begun and it is considered to be the most culinary month in Islam. In this month, Muslims keep Rosa (fast), which runs from Fajar (morning) to Magarib (evening).

Necessary rules for fasting
1. It is necessary to have Pak intentions (Ikhlas)
- Rosa is not just physical fasting but a means of purification of the soul and worship of Allah.

Which people are allowed to keep fast?

People traveling long distance – If a person is on a long journey, he is allowed to leave Rosa, but later it will have to be done (fasting).
Sick person – If someone is seriously ill and fasting can cause harm to his health, then he is allowed not to keep fast.
Elderly and young children – very old people who cannot tolerate fast, and young children are also exempted from Roja.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women – If pregnant or breastfeeding mother can affect health, then they are also allowed to leave Rosa.
What reasons do Rosa break down?
Intentionally eating and drinking something-If a person deliberately eats or drinks something, his fast breaks.
Cigarettes, alcohol or any type of intoxication – smoking, drugs, alcohol, tobacco etc. are completely forbidden during fasting.
Intentionally vomiting – If a person deliberately vomits, his fast breaks. Therefore, light and healthy food should be eaten in Sahari and Iftar.
Anger, bad speaking and wrong acts – If a person uses anger in anger, quarrels or hurts someone’s heart during the fast, then it damages the purity of the fast.
