Rajya Sabha elections on 10 Rajya Sabha seats in Bengal, Gujarat and Goa on July 24

Elections for 10 Rajya Sabha seats will be held on July 24. This includes 6 seats in West Bengal, 3 in Gujarat and 1 in Goa. The tenure of Dolla Sen, Derek O’Brien, Pradeep Bhattacharya, Sushmita Dev, Sukhendu Shekhar Ray and Shanta Chhetri in West Bengal will end on August 18. The notification for the election has been issued on 6th July. The last date for nomination is July 13 and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is July 17. Voting and counting will take place on July 24.
