Rajya Sabha MP Medha Kulkarni Inaugurates Lokmanya Society’s Relocated Branch In Karvenagar |
Rajya Sabha MP Medha Kulkarni highlighted the role of Lokmanya Society in promoting reliable and transparent services, while also contributing to the efforts for a developed India.
The inauguration ceremony of the Karvenagar relocated branch of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society, located at Survey No. 29/2, Plot No. – B-2, Unit No. 101, F Wing, KBC Tower, near Kshipra Auditorium, Sahwas Society, Karvenagar, was held on Wednesday, March 5. MP Medha Kulkarni was the chief guest for the event.
Present on the platform were the founder president of Lokmanya Society, Kiran Thakur, and Pune divisional head of Lokmanya Society, Sushil Jadhav. Former corporator Manjusha Khardekar, Jayant Bhave, along with various consumer-members and distinguished citizens of Karvenagar and Kothrud, attended the event.
Speaking at the event, Kulkarni expressed satisfaction with the rural development projects initiated by the Lokmanya Group through the Lokkalp Foundation. She emphasized the importance of such projects to counter the increasing urbanization.
The relocated branch was inaugurated by MP Kulkarni with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Kiran Thakur shared the journey of Lokmanya Society and informed attendees about the various projects being undertaken by the organization.
Sushil Jadhav also recalled the memories of the old Karvenagar branch and informed attendees about the health facilities provided to members through various agreements made out of social responsibility. He encouraged members to take advantage of these services.
During the event, long-standing and distinguished members of Lokmanya Society were felicitated by Kiran Thakur and MP Medha Kulkarni. The program was moderated by Rajesh Damle.
