Vacancy has been taken out for 2041 posts of Livestock Assistant in the Animal Husbandry Department of Rajasthan. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has started the application process from Friday, 31 January 2025. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Rajasthan Employees Selection Board rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Out of these posts, 1820 posts are from non-influential sector, while 221 posts are from scheduled area. The last date for application for Livestock Assistant is 1 March 2025.
Ability:
- The candidate has passed 12th standard from a recognized board, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Agriculture, Agricultural Biology/Biology and Physics/Chemistry/Agricultural Chemistry.
- Also, the candidate should have a training certificate or diploma in Livestock Assistant of one year or two years.
Age limit:
- The minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 40 years.
Pay Scale:
- According to salary pay matrix level-8 for the post of Livestock Assistant, ₹ 26,300 to ₹ 85,500 has been fixed.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be selected through written examination.
Rebate for reserved classes:
- Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes of Rajasthan and male candidates of economically weaker sections will be given 5 years of age.
- Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes of Rajasthan and women candidates of economically weaker sections will be given 10 years of age.
- Women candidates of general unreserved class will be given 5 years of age.
