In his joint statement, Raj Kundra wrote that he is fully cooperating in the investigation that has been going on for the last four years. He also wrote that as far as allegations of pornography and money laundering are concerned, he just wants to say that no amount of sensationalism can hide the truth. In the end justice will prevail. He has also emphasized that he is cooperating in the ongoing investigation but everyone should understand their limits and his wife Shilpa Shetty’s name should not be dragged into this case without any reason.
It is noteworthy that Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, has been on the radar of ED for the last several months. Raj Kundra’s house and office were raided on Friday. Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer Prashant Patil also shared a statement on Friday. He denied all reports linking the actress’ name to the investigation. The statement said that the news of ED raid on Shilpa Shetty is not true. He wrote that Shilpa Shetty has no connection with any such crime.
