Raisen Police Bust Gang Involved In Selling Trucks After Changing Docus

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Raisen police have busted a gang, which was involved in stealing trucks and selling them after changing their chassis number, registration number and its documents, police said on Sunday. Three members of the gang have been arrested and two trucks have been seized. Police said a complaint was filed by resident of Damoh.

During the investigation, it came to light that a gang was working in stealing and selling trucks. The arrested accused told police that they stole old trucks and after that they changed the chassis number, they prepared fake new number and sold them to people. They also purchased the trucks from north east states and they registered them in Bhopal RTO and were sold to people with help of mediators.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): An elderly man died of injuries he received after being pushed by his neighbour under Gunga police station of the district on Saturday. The accused and the victim had a property related dispute, police said.

As per reports, residents of Mohali village Ramprasad Vishwakarma (80) and Sonu Gurjar were locked in a property dispute for the past few years.

On Saturday, Sonu misbehaved with Ramprasad and used foul words at him during an altercation over the same issue. Sonu pushed Ramprasad to the ground when he objected.

Ramprasad was admitted to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday morning. Incharge at Gunga police station, Harishankar Verma said an FIR has been registered against the accused and efforts were on to arrest him.
