Today on Friday, heavy rain alert has been issued in 38 districts including Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, two and a half to four inches of rain may occur in these districts. There is a possibility of heavy rains especially in the districts of Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, Shahdol, Indore, Ujjain divisions.

With the new system, the rainy season will continue till July 10.

According to the MP Meteorological Department, at this time a strong system has become active over the Arabian Sea, due to which moisture is coming from the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal and heavy rains have started in many districts. This will lead to an increase in rain activities from Friday, which will continue till July 8-9. There will be heavy rains in the entire state for the next 3 days. Indore will also be cloudy and there is a possibility of light rain. There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rains in Gwalior and Jabalpur.

According to the MP Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in the districts of Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, Shahdol, Indore, Ujjain divisions on Friday. At the same time, the expectation of good rain intermittently for three to four days has increased in the entire state. There is a possibility of heavy rains especially in the districts of Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, Shahdol, Indore, Ujjain divisions. During this, it will rain with thunder and lightning at some places in the districts of Gwalior, Sagar, Chambal divisions.

According to the MP Meteorological Department, at present the monsoon trough is passing through Bikaner, Kota, Raisen, Mandla and Ambikapur. The Western Disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir as well as the cyclonic circulation over Punjab and the Monsoon trough line from Bay of Bengal to Rajasthan are active. A lot of moisture is coming due to the passage of this trough line through the Gwalior Chambal division. There is a possibility of rain due to cyclonic circulation and Western Disturbance in Punjab and the southern part of Madhya Pradesh will receive good rains. Apart from this, there is a circle of cyclonic winds in the Bay of Bengal and North Odisha. Whereas, a cyclonic circulation is centered over Central Uttar Pradesh.
