The Gujarat Giants are getting ready for their first home matches in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) season 3, which will be held in Vadodara and other locations. Ahead of this big moment, the team received special support from Maharani Radhikaraje Gaekwad of Vadodara.
Captain Ashleigh Gardner, along with players Kashvee Gautam, Phoebe Litchfield, and Deandra Dottin, visited the historic Laxmi Vilas Palace, where they met the Maharani.
A strong supporter of women’s empowerment, she shared her thoughts on uplifting women in different fields and spoke about Vadodara’s rich cricketing history.
