Pune: Sharman Joshi Inspires Students At MIT ADT University’s ‘Persona Fest-25′: ‘Never Give Up’ |
Life is full of challenges, but every obstacle should be faced with patience and a mindset of ‘All is Well.’ Students should identify their areas of interest and build their careers accordingly. Once they choose their desired field, they should embrace the ‘Never Give Up’ attitude and continue striving until they achieve success. Even after attaining success, they should dedicate themselves completely and give their best. Focus only on what is within your control and avoid worrying about what isn’t. This inspiring message was delivered by renowned actor Sharman Joshi.
Sharman Joshi was speaking at the closing ceremony of MIT Art, Design, and Technology University’s seventh edition of ‘Persona Fest-25.’ On this occasion, his wife Prerna Chopra-Joshi, University Executive President Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rajesh S., Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ramchandra Pujeri, Dr. Mohit Dubey, Registrar Dr. Mahesh Chopde, Event Coordinator Prof. Dr. Sudarshan Sanap, Dr. Vipul Dalal, Dr. Renu Vyas, Dr. Suraj Bhoyar, and many others were present.
During the event, Sharman Joshi motivated students by reciting lines from the song ‘Give Me Some Sunshine’ from his famous movie ‘3 Idiots.’ He also praised MIT ADT University for its dedication to the holistic development of students.
The event commenced with a World Peace Prayer and concluded with Pasayadan. Dr. Suraj Bhoyar gave the opening remarks, while Dr. Sudarshan Sanap expressed gratitude in the vote of thanks.
Inspired by ‘3 Idiots’
Prof. Dr. Karad mentioned that in 2009, the film ‘3 Idiots,’ starring Aamir Khan and Sharman Joshi, provided valuable insights into the education system. Inspired by the film’s message, MIT ADT University was established to integrate arts, design, and technology, providing students with opportunities to build careers in their preferred fields. He further stated that ‘Persona Festival’ serves as an excellent platform to encourage students in their areas of interest and showcase their talents.
Honoring the Best ‘Persona’ of the Year
At the closing ceremony, the university honored its top-performing students with the ‘Best Persona of the Year’ award. The awardees included Tanvi Bogade, Anushka Joshi, Shivnesh More, Mrunmayee Godmane, Souresh Jabe, Tejas Dongre, Akshat Vashishth, Dheer Jain, Omkar Shinde, Amogha Pathak, Rahul Devgaonkar, Cadet Harmandeep Kaur, and Arya Patankar. Additionally, ‘MIT Adventure Club’ was recognized as the Best Club of the Year.
