Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid tribute to the martyred soldiers on the anniversary of Pulwama attack. He wrote on the social media platform, “After his tweet, thousands of people on social media paid tribute to the martyrs and remembered their sacrifice.”
The terrorist attack in Pulwama on 14 February 2019 is recorded as a black chapter in the history of India. This fierce incident occurred in Goripora area of Avantipora on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway when the CRPF convoy was going towards Srinagar. Meanwhile, a vehicle full of explosives reached near the convoy bus. The soldiers warned several times, but the vehicle did not stop and suddenly hit the bus. This was followed by a severe explosion that shook the entire country and 40 brave soldiers were martyred.

He wrote in his tweet, “Whether it is a surgical strike or an air strike, the Modi government is running a strict campaign against the terrorists and is ready to go to any extent for the security of the country.” This statement shows that India will not show any softness towards terrorism. On this day in the year 2019, I pay my respectful tribute to the soldiers who were martyred in the horrific terrorist attack in Pulwama.
