Dhar (Madhya Pradesh): Amid the nationwide protests against the arrest of Hindu monks in Bangladesh, Dhar also protested, with thousands gathering at the Uday Ranjan Club ground to express solidarity with their fellow Hindus facing atrocities. The demonstration featured a strong presence of women, highlighting the community’s collective resolve.

Mahant Shri Nrusinha Das Maharaj addressed the crowd, stating, “If we are united, we can suppress Jihad,” and called for unwavering support for Bangladeshi Hindus enduring violence and discrimination. Amrita Didi urged Indian women to rise as warriors against the atrocities, emphasising the need for unity and awakening within the community. She declared, “This is the country of Ram and we will not let our people be tortured.”

Community leader Lalit Kothari raised concerns about the drastic decline of Hindus in Bangladesh, noting their population has fallen from 22% to just 7%. The event concluded with a march to the collectorate, where a memorandum was submitted to collector Priyank Mishra, reinforcing the commitment of the Hindu community to stand against oppression both locally and globally.

Thousands gathered at Tanki Maidan, led by religious saints and community leaders. Speakers condemned the violence and destruction of Hindu sites, urging the Indian government to pressure Bangladesh for minority protection. A memorandum was submitted to collector Dr Abhay Arvind Bedeker, demanding accountability and international intervention. The rally concluded with a march through the city, showcasing solidarity with the oppressed Hindus of Bangladesh.

After lighting lamps and garlanding images of Bharat Mata, the speakers urged awareness and action against exploitation. The rally concluded with a memorandum, addressed to the President, demanding the release of spiritual leader Chinmay Prabhu and stronger protections for Hindu minorities in Bangladesh, emphasising the urgency of international intervention.

Meo emphasised that this demonstration reflects their unwavering commitment to the Hindu religion and culture, extending beyond India to inspire unity among Hindus worldwide. In a dignified ceremony attended by revered saints, a memorandum addressing the President of India was submitted to collector Karmveer Sharma, highlighting the urgent need for action against the violence.

Bangladeshi flag burnt in Jhabua

Jhabua (Madhya Pradesh): Bangladeshi flag was burnt by Hindu Raksha Dal during a protest in Jhabua, condemning violence against Hindus in Bangladesh. Activists trampled the flag, threw shoes at it and raised slogans demanding government intervention. Leaders emphasised national unity, declaring that such incidents are intolerable and must be addressed immediately.
