New Delhi, 07 July (Hindustan Times). Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a tour of four states from today (Friday). Today he will be on a visit to Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh. Will visit Telangana and Rajasthan on 8th July. During this, the Prime Minister will gift development projects worth about Rs 50,000 crore to these states. Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various development projects in a public program in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur at around 10:45 am. He will reach Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh at around 2:30 pm. Will participate in the closing ceremony of the centenary celebrations of Geeta Press, Gorakhpur here.
After this, the Prime Minister will flag off Vande Bharat trains at Gorakhpur railway station. The Prime Minister will reach Varanasi at around 5 pm. Here he will participate in a public program and lay the foundation stone, inaugurate and inaugurate various development projects. The Prime Minister will reach Warangal in Telangana at 10:45 am on July 8 and attend a public programme. Here he will lay the foundation stone of various projects. The Prime Minister will reach Bikaner at around 4:15 pm. Here he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate many development projects of Rajasthan.
Program of Raipur: Giving a boost to infrastructure development, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of five National Highway projects worth about Rs 6,400 crore. The projects to be dedicated to the nation include – 33 km long four l.ng of Raipur-Kodebod section of Jabalpur-Jagdalpur National Highway, etc. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the four-lane road constructed on the 53 km long Bilaspur-Pathrapali section of the Bilaspur-Ambikapur section of NH-130. It will help in improving the transport connectivity between Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone for three National Highway projects for the Chhattisgarh section of the six-l.ng greenfield Raipur-Visakhapatnam corridor. The Prime Minister will also dedicate to the nation the doubling of the 103 kilometer long Raipur-Khariar road rail line. He will also dedicate to the nation the 17 kilometer long new railway line connecting Keoti-Antagarh. The Prime Minister will also dedicate to the nation the bottling plant of Indian Oil Corporation with a capacity of 60 thousand metric tonnes per year built at Korba.
Gorakhpur programme: The Prime Minister will visit Geeta Press in Gorakhpur and participate in the closing ceremony of the centenary celebrations of the historic Printing Press. During the program, he will release the pictorial Shiva Purana Granth. The Prime Minister will also visit the Leela Chitra Mandir at Geeta Press. The Prime Minister will flag off two Vande Bharat trains from Gorakhpur Railway Station. There are two trains: Gorakhpur-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express and Jodhpur-Ahmedabad (Sabarmati) Vande Bharat Express. The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of redevelopment of Gorakhpur Railway Station.
Varanasi event: The Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for various development projects worth over Rs 12,100 crore during a public event in Varanasi. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Dedicated Freight Corridor between Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Junction-Sone Nagar Railway Line. Along with this, three railway lines will also be inaugurated. The Prime Minister will also dedicate the four-l.ng of Varanasi-Jaunpur section of NH-56. Apart from this, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of development works worth thousands of crores.
During the program, the Prime Minister will also distribute PM SV.dhi loans, keys of PMAY rural houses and Ayushman Bharat cards to the beneficiaries of Uttar Pradesh. This will mark the beginning of the program of Griha Pravesh of five lakh PMAY beneficiaries, distribution of PMSv.dhi loans to 1.25 lakh eligible beneficiaries and distribution of 2.88 crore Ayushman cards.
The Prime Minister shared the details of the visit yesterday in a series of tweets. He said- ‘I will attend programs in Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana and Rajasthan in the next two days. Development works worth more than Rs 50,000 crore will be inaugurated and foundation stone laid. These projects will change many lives.
He said, ‘We are committed to work for the progress of Chhattisgarh. In this series, Raipur will get the privilege of inauguration and foundation stone laying of highway projects worth more than Rs 6400 crore tomorrow. With this boosting connectivity, the state’s economic development and tourism sector will also get a new boost.
He said- ‘I am very excited about the dialogue with the public-Janardan in Chhattisgarh BJP’s rally in Raipur. The people of Chhattisgarh have always had a very strong relationship with the BJP. I am sure he will always keep his blessings.
The Prime Minister said- ‘I am very eager to participate in the closing program of the centenary celebrations of Gita Press in Gorakhpur. Along with this, I am eagerly waiting for the inauguration and foundation stone laying of many development projects there.
