Varanasi, 07 July (Hindustan Times). Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a tiffin meeting with BJP office bearers, workers, councilors and public representatives on late Friday evening. The Prime Minister, who came to the city on a two-day visit, also had tiffin during the conversation for about an hour in an intimate atmosphere with the spirit of a worker. Giving the message of ‘bigger org.zation than the government’, the Prime Minister, after getting acquainted with the mayor and councilors, said that the public has elected you with great faith. In such a situation, listen to the problems of the people of the area, make a diary, note down the problems of the area and solve them.
A total of 118 BJP leaders were present in the meeting. Apart from 63 corporators, all the office bearers of the metropolis and presidents of all the divisions, three MLAs and two ministers were present in these.
It may be noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been performing the duties of his MP in BJP’s programs during his nine years in office. In December 2016, Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the meeting of 27,000 booth and mandal workers in Bareka. State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Brajesh Pathak etc. were also present in the Tiffin meeting.
