Screening process
Candidates for IBPS Specialist Officers (SO) posts will be selected through a two-tiered examination procedure that includes an online preliminary examination and an online main examination, followed by an interview.
The IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) Mains exam pattern varies based on the post. The exam consists of a Professional Knowledge (PK) section that tests the candidate’s knowledge in their specialized field, comprising 60 questions worth 60 marks, to be completed within 45 minutes.
